A room-scale future journey connecting personal events, standing protection permissions, AI action, pricing and paid human judgement.
What it explores
Insurance 2050 asks what protection feels like when insurance becomes continuous, data-rich and partly invisible. Visitors choose what can happen automatically, where they want a human available and how much uncertainty they will exchange for prevention or price.
The experience connects personal moments to the systems, decisions and business consequences inside an insurer.
How the experience works
Visitors carry an NFC-linked identity through seven personal moments in any order. Five connected business stations reveal how permissions, AI action, premium, prevention and claims interact. A broker or insurer centre provides optional human judgement.
Past events are retained. Visitors can alter future protection without rewriting what already happened, producing a personal narrative rather than a score chase.
The consequential moment
“Inside the insurer” reveals when AI acted, when it stayed quiet, how price moved and where paid human judgement entered the system. Invisible service choices become inspectable.
Public demonstration
The web version follows one life event from the visitor’s protection choice to the insurer’s hidden response. The complete distinction remains spatial, so an annotated room map or short installation film is the strongest public evidence.
