Making AI usable

In 2024 James developed teaching and learning resources for University of East London academic and professional staff. The aim was to demystify AI, build practical fluency and connect emerging tools to real teaching and administrative work.

The toolkit combined structured online resources with examples and activities that staff could apply, rather than presenting AI only as theory or distant future change.

From resources to capability

James also developed and delivered online sessions and modules that equipped educators with practical approaches to integrating AI into their work. The programme linked digital strategy to the everyday decisions staff needed to make.

That combination of course architecture, live learning and reusable tools remains central to the current J3J approach to organisational capability.
